24 Sep A twist here and a turn there
One of my task was to embark on a house altar service to rearrange the entire altar setup and clear all redundant items and realign, where required, gemstone remedy which was advised by Malini for the family.
The guidance I received from Malini were 2 keywords, submerge and earthen pot. She wanted me to explore my creative knowledge with her wisdom. This particular house had a traditional altar with a Mahameru being its centerstage. The altar had the usual pictures of deities the family prays to and some statues of their favourite deities with duplicates of the some deities given as gifts or collected along the way on pilgrimages and travels. My task was to create a divine atmosphere to cultivate enhanced devotion by beholding a beautiful sight of love towards God. With god’s grace, I was able to picture what I will be doing before I arrived at the clients place. I purchased a few required items that I was compelled towards and later realised it was guided grace to enable me to complete my task.
I started the task by cleansing the gemstone, did realignment and added my own twist of creativity to beautify the space with a modern classy appeal away from the old fashion look. I concluded the setup with a pooja and prayer with the family.
The client was delighted. I personally felt satisfied and purposeful for the work done. A picture speaks a thousand words….from the before and now the after pictures of the altar. There is never a similar setup for every altar or pooja space. Each setup varies based on the planetary effect or needs the client has and has to be solved based on Malini’s divine guidance.
I look forward to my next assignment with joy, curiosity and a lot of reverence to be able to continue this blessed duty gracefully. I thank the Almighty for this opportunity.
