Challenge

Dwi Emas International School, Malaysia's first-ever Entrepreneurial School had set its sights on becoming a Global renown school. With its rapid expansion in notion, the pressure was on getting sufficient fundings and have all teachers equipped to deliver a consistent classroom experience to all students.


Solution

BlueRose Malini (BRM) helped Dwi Emas International School to restructure the shareholding in alignment with the Quantum Law, identify key talents that will support the business growth, build staff Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tool that is based on parents and students feedback.

Result

After implementing the solutions from blueRose Malini in alignment to the Quantum Law, certain miracles were seen. One collaborative project that was stuck for three years, and a week later with Grace, Dwi Emas figured out where they got stuck and they signed a collaborative agreements. On the same week, they also receive a news that a funding project was in agreement without giving away any equity.

Three months after consistently applying the solution, Dwi Emas's collaborative project was announced in major local newspapers in Malaysia such as The Star, New Straits Times, and etc.

In line with BlueRose Malini's mission, the partnership are also in alignment contributing to the UN SDG 17.17.
