Hotel 46a, a hotel chain based in Lausanne, Switzerland sought to explore global approach for the hotel and restaurant to improve the business in the long run.
The challenge in this case study is to explore ways to increase the occupancy rate of the hotel and explore possibilities of leveraging a space that was unused due to the pandemic situation.
Hotel 46a partnered with BlueRose Malini to realise and activate its partnership potential to sustain and grow the business.
BlueRose Malini (BRM) helped Hotel 46a to identify the right partnership for the business to leverage the usage of the space, prioritise ideas that would support Hotel 46a occupancy growth and zoom in to redundant cost that could be minimised during crisis using BRM proprietary algorithms.
With BlueRose Malini's help, Hotel 46a formed a partnership deal with the apprentices of job fields from restaurant industry to leverage her unused space. As result of this strategic partnership, after a month we have noticed that Hotel 46a has the highest revenue in March 2021 compared to January and February despite being in a pandemic situation. On top of that, the partnership are also in alignment contributing to the UN SDG 17.17.
